For several months now, our Custom Solutions department has been equipped with a powerful new tube laser: the HSG TL660S-6. With this machine, we have significantly expanded our capacity for laser cutting large and heavy stainless steel tubes and profiles.
A wider range in
Tube machining
While our other tube lasers excel at processing small and medium-sized dimensions, the TL660S-6 really comes into its own when the work gets bigger and heavier. This enables us to offer our customers an even wider range of tube processing capabilities from a single location.
Up to 660 mm in diameter and
12 metres in length
The HSG TL660S-6 features a powerful 6 kW fibre laser source and is suitable for processing round stainless steel tubes with diameters ranging from 100 to 660 mm. We can process square profiles from 100 to 450 mm and rectangular profiles with a diagonal of up to 660 mm.
Long materials are no problem either. The machine is suitable for standard input lengths ranging from 3,000 to no less than 12,000 mm.
Stable cutting of
large and heavy tubes
When processing large diameters and long tubes, stability and precision are essential. The TL660S-6 is therefore equipped with 4 chucks, ensuring that the material is securely supported and accurately positioned throughout the cutting process.
The HSG P10 Bevel cutting head, combined with the X-Bus control system, ensures a precise and controlled cutting process. This enables us to produce high-quality custom components even from large and heavy stainless steel tubes.
Automatic
Loading and unloading
Efficiency is not limited to the cutting process itself. The TL660S-6 features an automatic tube loading and unloading system. This allows heavy and long materials to be loaded and unloaded efficiently, with fewer manual operations.
This contributes to safer working practices, reduces downtime and makes the machine particularly suitable for the efficient processing of larger orders and production runs.

Each with its own strengths
With the arrival of the HSG TL660S-6, we now have 3 different tube laser cutting machines. Together, they enable us to process an exceptionally wide range of stainless steel tubes and profiles.
From smaller tubes and square profiles starting at 8 mm on our HSG R1R, to complex 3D cutting on our BLM 3D LT8.20 and large-scale work up to 660 mm on the TL660S-6.
For our customers, this means even more possibilities from one trusted supplier. Depending on the material, dimensions, batch size and required processing, we can select the machine best suited to each specific job.
From stainless steel tube to
Custom component
Our strength goes beyond our machinery. We combine our extensive stock of stainless steel with our in-house custom processing facilities. This enables us to both supply and process materials.
Laser cutting, sawing, bending, forming and deburring: we carry out an increasing number of operations in-house. This gives us greater control over quality and planning and allows us to respond flexibly to specific customer requirements.
