Informal character

You don't have to work at Paul Meijering, but are allowed to work here. That is the motto of our team leader Jacco Broekman. There is an open and flexible company culture, in which people work independently and colleagues hold each other accountable for their behaviour. We achieve results together. As an employee, you will experience the 'Paul Meijering feeling'. This feeling is further strengthened by the activities regularly organised by our staff association.

Development and training

More than your education or work experience, your work mentality determines whether you fit within our company. Do you like to learn and further develop yourself? This is certainly appreciated here, and you will also have the opportunity to take work-related courses or training. We train people both internally and externally. We are also a recognised SBB training company.

Rico van Herwijnen

Rico works as a warehouse worker / construction worker and processes various products with a variety of different machines every working day. Laser cutting, bending/folding, sawing and finishing, he is alternately busy with that. After his training programme, he has been working full-time with us for several years. And, he enjoys it a lot!

Working as a driver

Michel Timmer - driver - tells you how he likes it with us. Michel is on the road 5 days a week in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany to deliver pipes, fittings, flanges, plates and coils to our customers.
